All items will be sent via standard ground shipping unless otherwise requested. For faster shipping, please contact us. We will be happy to upgrade your shipping method for an additional fee.
Shipping insurance may be added to any purchase for an additional fee. Please contact us to request shipping insurance.
Windsurf Deal warrants all new sails, masts, and booms against defective materials or workmanship for one year from date of purchase. Second Hand Gear (demo and used) is not covered by this warranty. Warranty only applies to the original purchaser and covers "normal" use. Damage caused by abuse or mishap is not covered. Warranty determination is at the discretion of Windsurf Deal staff. For warranty claims, please contact us. Warrantied items will be replaced free of charge with same or equivalent product. Customer will be required to return damaged item and is responsible for all shipping costs.
